New scenarios and campaigns

Battles and campaigns are prepared for two versions of Panzer General

1. PG original PG, Axis has the first turn
2. AGPG PG with Allied interface installed, Allies start, all battles from Allied Geneneral included

Installation of new battles:
Download archive with new battle - new_battle.rar or new_battle.zip. Copy it to DAT directory in Panzer General. Then extract it. New directory DAT \ NEW_BATTLE will be created. Run new_battle.bat in new directory to start game.
