A completely new scenario. The Japanese invasion of the Dutch-Portuguese island of Timor.

Historic overview:

Operation codename: H
On February 20th, the Japanese invaded from 14 transport ships under the protection of the 2nd destroyer squadron of admiral Tanaka to Kupang on Timor island. The island was at that time a colony, part of Dutch, part of Portugal, but on December 16, 1941 Dili, the capital of the Portuguese side, was occupied by Dutch and Australian troops. The toughest fighting was kept to the great airport in Kupang, which was a first priority target for the Japanese. After several days of fighting the defenders had to retreat, but in some parts of the island their remnants passed onto a guerrilla war, holding for a long time. They were supplied by American submarines and later by Dutch destroyers, which also transported the wounded men. The occupation of Timor destroyed the last link in the chain connecting Australia with Java. (Jaroslav Hrbek - Krvavé oceány, Naše vojsko 1994)
